This high profile manufacturer in Singapore are expanding their manufacturing facility and administrative office. The new building will feature a large roof terrace to be used by the staff. HLD’s proposal adds amenity spaces and outdoor catering facilities for parties and events. Occupancy loading, structural loading and the sensitive nature of the factory space below informed the design. Weather project and shade elements were incorporated along with subtle lighting to make it a usable night or day.
